Meeting Minutes of Dec. 20 2007 (Conference Call)

 - [ ] meeting via conference call to accept Collections Management Policy and ask CSRM for tender
    present are Cris, Vern, Thomas
    - [ ] opened meeting at 4:25pm
    - [ ] collections stewardship
    - [ ] motion to accept collections mgt policy as stated
        - [ ] San Francisco Trains collection management policy is
              adopted with guidance from ARM recommended practices
              8/97,section 5, 'collections stewardship'. San francisco
              trains mission is--paraphrased here--to preserve
              railroading history in the bay area. Items considered for
              acceptence to collection or operation will accepted with
              board approval(see charter) and further discssion will
              determine if these are for permanaent collection or for
              use, reuse or disposal. Any questons regarding procedures
              or intergrety will be discussed and related to ARM
              Practices, and appropraie action will based on accepted
              practices.
